1. PICK YOUR GEAR

Click the date range you wish to rent and add all the products you want to your cart. When you're ready, check out and you will receive your confirmation email. You will need to sign up and share your full name, address and phone contact to do so.

2. PICK UP YOUR GEAR

On the day of your rental, you'll receive an email, phone call or WhatsApp message with details on how to pick up your gear. An agent will reach out to deliver at your location, and you can head off on your adventure!

3. RETURN YOUR GEAR

On the final day of your rental, you'll receive an email, call or WhatsApp message with instructions to return your gear at the same location you picked it up. Make sure your gear is PACKED, DRY, and CLEAN (meaning not full of dirt). If you've chosen delivery, just drop it off at the location specified by our agent.

Failing to return your equipment on time, wet, dirty, or not properly packed may result in having to charge you extra fees.
